- Free express delivery to an agent (24-48 hours) for orders over SEK 499.
- Home delivery (1-3 working days) for 65 kr.
- Delivery to an agent or parcel box (24-48 hours) for SEK 85.
All our packages are sent with traceable delivery within Sweden.
Orders
Does DR. Herbals within Sweden?
Yes, we both manufacture and ship our products within Sweden.
Can you order to other countries?
Yes, we deliver our products to all Nordic countries and Europe. Please note that the delivery time may be 1-2 working days longer for deliveries outside Sweden to other Nordic and European countries.
Where is my order?
You can easily track your order through the tracking link in your delivery confirmation or via the PostNord app. If your package has not arrived within 2-3 working days after you received the delivery confirmation, please contact our customer service at [email protected] we will be happy to help you.
I have not received an order or delivery confirmation?
The order confirmation is sent as soon as the purchase is completed and the delivery confirmation when the package leaves our warehouse. If you cannot find the confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail. If you still haven't received one, you may have entered the wrong email address. Contact our customer service and we will help you to correct this.
How old do I have to be to order?
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us, which ensures that our products are handled responsibly.
Canceling or modifying an order
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Once your order has been imported into our system, no changes or cancellations can be made. If you don't want to keep your goods, you always have the option to return your order in accordance with our return policy.
Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address or other details after the order has been completed. Please make sure to check all details carefully before finalizing your order.
Payment
How do I pay?
We offer several secure payment methods such as Swish, VISA and Mastercard, where you easily confirm your purchase with Bank ID.
Deliveries
How long is the delivery time?
If you place your order on a weekday before 12:00, we will ship your order the same day. Usually, packages are delivered within 24 hours. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as delays by suppliers.
Where do I pick up my package?
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation with tracking number by email. You will receive a text message when your parcel is ready to be collected from the postman or from the parcel box. Remember to bring your ID and parcel number when you pick up your parcel.
Are DR. Herbals orders traceable?
Yes, whether you choose courier or home delivery, your package will be sent with tracking. You can always follow your shipment through the tracking link in the delivery confirmation email sent to you when your package leaves our warehouse.
Can someone else pick up my package?
Yes, this is possible if the person has both your and their own ID with them. With PostNord's app, you can also share the notification with someone else who can then pick up your package.
Returns
Can I return my order?
According to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us via [email protected] if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return and that the product must be returned in substantially unaltered condition, without having been used or having had seals broken. Please note that we do not exchange or accept returns of sale items.
DR. Herbals does not accept returns or complaints based on individual dissatisfaction or if the product does not meet personal preferences. We are also not responsible for any allergic reactions.

What is hemp?
hemp är en typ av laglig cannabisväxt med en lång historia av användning som sträcker sig över tusentals år. Den kommer från växtarten Cannabis sativa, även känd som industrihampa. Hampa är välkänd för sina många fördelar och innehåller vanligtvis mycket låga nivåer av THC, som högst 0,3%, vilket innebär att den inte ger någon berusande effekt. THCV (Tetrahydrocannabivarin) har tre kolatomer, vilket gör den betydligt mindre potent. THCV är lagligt att köpa i Sverige.
What are Shrooms?
Shrooms, även känt som psykedeliska svampar eller magic mushrooms, är samlingsnamnet för psykoaktiva svampar. Det är en typ av svamp som innehåller psykoaktiva föreningar, främst muscimol, psilocybin eller psilocin. Dessa svampar har använts i århundraden av olika kulturer för deras potentiella fördelar och i religiösa eller andliga ritualer. Shrooms innehållande muscimol är lagligt att köpa i Sverige.
