Newsletters

When you place an order, we save your personal information in accordance with the Accounting Act for a period of 7 years. This is done to ensure that we comply with Swedish and international rules on bookkeeping and accounting.

Do we share your information with others?
No, the information you share with us at DR. Herbals is personal and confidential. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, except for the specific services mentioned above that are necessary to operate our business.

We do everything we can to ensure that your experience on our website is safe and secure. If, despite our precautions, there is a data breach, we are obliged to report it to the Data Protection Authority within 72 hours. However, our goal is to ensure that such situations never occur.

How we use the information we collect
The data we collect is primarily used to operate our e-commerce, i.e. to process and ship orders. Each transaction generates a receipt and a summary, which we need to comply with the requirements of the Accounting Act. All information is used only in aggregate form to analyze how the website is used, so that we can improve the experience for our customers.

We use Brevo to collect email addresses for newsletters and special offers. Each mailing contains an unsubscribe link, and when you unsubscribe, your email address is completely deleted from our system.
