- Free express delivery to an agent (24-48 hours) for orders over SEK 499.

All our packages are sent with traceable delivery within Sweden.<\/p>\n

Does DR. Herbals within Sweden?<\/strong>
\nYes, we both manufacture and ship our products within Sweden.<\/p>\n

Can you order to other countries?<\/strong>
\nYes, we deliver our products throughout Europe. Please note that the delivery time may be 1-2 working days longer for deliveries outside Sweden to other Nordic and European countries.<\/p>\n

Where is my order?<\/strong>
\nYou can easily track your order through the tracking link in your delivery confirmation or via the PostNord app. If your package has not arrived within 2-3 working days after you received the delivery confirmation, please contact our customer service at kontakt@drherbals.se<\/a><\/em> we will be happy to help you.<\/p>\n

I have not received an order or delivery confirmation?<\/strong>
\nThe order confirmation is sent as soon as the purchase is completed and the delivery confirmation when the package leaves our warehouse. If you cannot find the confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail. If you still haven't received one, you may have entered the wrong email address. Contact our customer service<\/a><\/em> and we will help you to correct this.<\/p>\n

How old do I have to be to order?<\/strong>
\nYou must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us, which ensures that our products are handled responsibly.<\/p>\n

Canceling or modifying an order<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?<\/strong>
\nUnfortunately, once your order has been imported into our system, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you do not wish to keep your goods, you always have the option to return your order in accordance with our return policy.<\/p>\n

Please note that some products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or due to sensitive shelf life. Products that are not eligible for return include, among others: vapes, oils, superfoods and gummies.<\/p>\n

Can I change my delivery address?<\/strong>
\nUnfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address or other details after the order has been completed. Please make sure to check all details carefully before finalizing your order.<\/p>\n

How do I pay?<\/strong>
\nWe offer several secure payment methods such as Swish, VISA and Mastercard, where you easily confirm your purchase with Bank ID.<\/p>\n

How long is the delivery time?<\/strong>
\nUsually, parcels are delivered within 24-48 hours depending on the selection at checkout. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as supplier delays.<\/p>\n

Where do I pick up my package?<\/strong>
\nOnce your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation with tracking number by email. You will receive a text message when your parcel is ready to be collected from the postman or from the parcel box. Remember to bring your valid ID and parcel number when you pick up your parcel.<\/p>\n

Are DR. Herbals orders traceable?<\/strong>
\nYes, whether you choose courier or home delivery, your package will be sent with tracking. You can always follow your shipment through the tracking link in the delivery confirmation email sent to you when your package leaves our warehouse.<\/p>\n

Can someone else pick up my package?<\/strong>
\nYes, this is possible if the person has both your and their own ID with them. With PostNord's app, you can also share the notification with someone else who can then pick up your package.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Can I return my order?<\/strong>
\nAccording to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us via kontakt@drherbals.se<\/a><\/em> if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. Please note<\/strong> you are responsible for the return cost and the product must be returned in substantially unaltered condition, without having been used or seals broken. Please note<\/strong> that we do not exchange or accept returns of sale items. \u00a0Please note<\/strong> some products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or due to sensitive shelf life. DR. Herbals does not accept returns or complaints based on individual dissatisfaction or if the product does not meet personal preferences. We are also not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please note<\/strong>: Plant material is a living natural material and can therefore vary in appearance between different batches. For this reason, the right of withdrawal or return cannot be applied to living plant material, as variations in color, shape and texture are natural and expected. Our products (THCA, THCV, THCB, CBD vapes and buds) are not sold as products intended for use. They are marketed and sold exclusively as collectibles. For this reason, we cannot offer returns or right of withdrawal on these products.<\/p>\n

What is hemp?<\/strong>
\nhemp<\/em> is a type of legal cannabis plant with a long history of use spanning thousands of years. It comes from the plant species Cannabis sativa L, also known as industrial hemp. Hemp is well known for its many benefits and usually contains very low levels of THC, at most 0,3%, which means it does not produce any intoxicating effect. Instead, hemp is rich in CBD and other compounds such as CBG, CBA, CBC and CBG.<\/p>\n

Hemp derived from EU-certified seeds<\/strong>
\nOur hemp products, including extracts and flowers, are derived from EU-certified hemp seeds and grown according to current EU standards of quality and legality.<\/p>\n

Names such as Pineapple Express, Gelato or Granddaddy Purple, for example, are used to promote the flavors and inspiration of famous strains. Note that these do not correspond to the specific seed varieties.<\/p>\n
