Does DR. Herbals within Sweden?
Yes, we both manufacture and ship our products within Sweden.
Can you order to other countries?
Ja, vi levererar våra produkter till hela Europa. Observera att leveranstiden kan vara 1-2 vardagar längre för leveranser utanför Sverige till övriga nordiska och europeiska länder.
Where is my order?
You can easily track your order through the tracking link in your delivery confirmation or via the PostNord app. If your package has not arrived within 2-3 working days after you received the delivery confirmation, please contact our customer service at [email protected] we will be happy to help you.
I have not received an order or delivery confirmation?
The order confirmation is sent as soon as the purchase is completed and the delivery confirmation when the package leaves our warehouse. If you cannot find the confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail. If you still haven't received one, you may have entered the wrong email address. Contact our customer service and we will help you to correct this.
How old do I have to be to order?
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us, which ensures that our products are handled responsibly.
Canceling or modifying an order
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address or other details after the order has been completed. Please make sure to check all details carefully before finalizing your order.

How long is the delivery time?
Vanligtvis levereras paketen inom 24-48 timmar beroende på val i kassan. Observera att leveranstiden kan påverkas av faktorer utanför vår kontroll, såsom fördröjningar hos leverantörer.
Where do I pick up my package?
När ditt paket har skickats får du en leveransbekräftelse med spårningsnummer via e-post. Du får ett SMS när ditt paket är redo att hämtas hos postombudet eller från paketboxen. Kom ihåg att ta med giltig legitimation och kollinummer när du hämtar ut ditt paket.
Are DR. Herbals orders traceable?
Yes, whether you choose courier or home delivery, your package will be sent with tracking. You can always follow your shipment through the tracking link in the delivery confirmation email sent to you when your package leaves our warehouse.
Can someone else pick up my package?
Yes, this is possible if the person has both your and their own ID with them. With PostNord's app, you can also share the notification with someone else who can then pick up your package.
Returns
Can I return my order?
According to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us via [email protected] om du vill utnyttja din ångerrätt. Av denna anledning kan ånger- eller returrätt inte tillämpas på levande växtmaterial, då variationer i färg, form och struktur är naturliga och förväntade. What is hemp?
hemp är en typ av laglig cannabisväxt med en lång historia av användning som sträcker sig över tusentals år. Den kommer från växtarten Cannabis sativa L, även känd som industrihampa. Hampa är välkänd för sina många fördelar och innehåller vanligtvis mycket låga nivåer av THC, som högst 0,3%, vilket innebär att den inte ger någon berusande effekt. Istället är hampa rik på CBD och andra föreningar såsom CBG, CBA, CBC och CBG.

Namn såsom till exempel Pineapple Express, Gelato eller Granddaddy Purple används för att marknadsföra aromer och inspiration från kända strains. Notera att dessa inte motsvarar de specifika frösorterna.
