Payment
All prices on our website are in SEK and include VAT.
We offer secure payment methods via Swish, VISA and Mastercard. To complete your purchase, payment must be confirmed with Bank ID, ensuring a safe and smooth payment process.
Delivery and delivery times
We at DR. Herbals work to process all orders quickly and efficiently. We deliver your products during weekdays and offer two delivery options: directly to your mailbox or to the nearest agent, based on your choice at checkout.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number, making it easy to follow your delivery all the way to you.
- Delivery time: Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 noon are usually delivered the next day, with the exception of public holidays. Orders placed on Friday before 12:00 noon are normally delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday or during the weekend are shipped the following Monday.
Please note that delivery time may vary depending on factors such as volume of orders or unforeseeable events affecting transportation.

To shop at DR. Herbals you must be at least 18 years old. This ensures that our products are used responsibly and correctly.
Change or Cancellation of Order
Once you have placed your order, we immediately start processing it to guarantee a fast delivery. Therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has started. We recommend that you carefully check your order before finalizing it. If you need help, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.
Returns and right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days according to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). This applies from the day you received your package. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at [email protected] and return the product in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the return costs unless the product is defective.
Vid retur är det viktigt att du packar produkterna väl och skickar dem med en spårbar leverans. Vid uteblivna leveranser eller ej uthämtade paket tillkommer en administrativ avgift på 350 kr. Denna avgift täcker våra kostnader för frakt och hantering.

I Sverige/EU gäller normalt 14 dagars ångerrätt vid distansköp. Men: det finns undantag, och ett av dem är färskvaror eller varor som snabbt kan försämras. Livsmedel, kosttillskott, eller andra produkter som inte går att sälja vidare av hygien- eller hållbarhetsskäl. En kund kan inte reklamera för att den inte gillar smaken eller effekten på en färskvara/kosttillskott. Vissa produkter inte kan returneras av hygieniska skäl eller på grund av känslig hållbarhet. Produkter som inte är returberättigade inkluderar bland annat: vapes, blommor, oljor, superfoods och gummies.
DR. Herbals godtar inte returer eller reklamationer baserade på individuellt missnöje eller om produkten inte motsvarar personliga preferenser. Vi ansvarar inte heller för eventuella allergiska reaktioner. Observera: Växtmaterial är ett levande naturmaterial och kan därför variera i utseende mellan olika batcher. Av denna anledning kan ånger- eller returrätt inte tillämpas på levande växtmaterial, då variationer i färg, form och struktur är naturliga och förväntade. Våra produkter (THCA, THCB, CBD-vapes samt buds) säljs inte som produkter avsedda för användning. De marknadsförs och säljs uteslutande som samlarobjekt. Av denna anledning kan vi inte erbjuda retur eller ångerrätt på dessa produkter. Detta gäller oavsett anledning till retur. Vi ber dig därför att noggrant läsa produktbeskrivningen innan köp.

Produkterna är framställda i enlighet med nationella lagar och riktlinjer för säker hantering och användning. Enligt WHO riktlinjer klassificeras dessa produkter som säkra när de används enligt rekommendationerna. På DR. Herbals rekommenderar vi inte oral konsumtion av cannabinoidextrakt, då detta omfattas av Livsmedelsverkets och Läkemedelsverkets strikta regelverk.
Våra övriga produkter, såsom blommor och vapes, säljs uteslutande som samlarobjekt eller för aromaterapi. Observera att denna information inte ersätter juridisk rådgivning. Hampa som härrör från EU-certifierade frön
Våra hampa produkter, inklusive extrakt och blommor, härrör från EU-certifierade hampafrön och odlas enligt gällande EU-standarder för kvalitet och laglighet.
Namn såsom till exempel Pineapple Express, Gelato eller Granddaddy Purple används för att marknadsföra aromer och inspiration från kända strains. Notera att dessa inte motsvarar de specifika frösorterna. Du finner information om den exakta frösorten under respektive blomma på produktsidan.
